The product name and its main claim. The asterisk points to the FDA disclaimer.

Metabolic and digestive support, appetite control and satiety, energy production from fats. Claims, not test results.
- 30 capsules, 30-day supply
One capsule a day, so one bottle lasts a month.
- Serving size: 1 capsule
30 servings per container. Every amount below is per single capsule.
- Chicory root inulin, 211 mg
This is a prebiotic fiber. Studies used grams a day, so this is a small amount.
- Potato resistant starch, 100 mg
Starch that escapes digestion. The lowest dose with a published gut effect was 3.5 g a day.
- Probiotic Blend, 36 mg
A proprietary blend: only the total weight is required, so per-strain amounts are not shown.
- Three strains, no CFU count
B. infantis, C. butyricum and A. muciniphila. No live count, strain codes or live vs pasteurized status.
- Other ingredients
Hypromellose (the vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica.
- FDA disclaimer
The required statement: not evaluated by the FDA, not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The flat label is the only product image where the small print can be read. Bottle colour in the brand's photos varies (white and black), but the purple label is the same.
Per capsule
What are the Sodatide Supplement Facts per serving?
A serving is a single capsule. Every number on the panel is for that one capsule, and you get 30 servings per bottle.
| Label line | Amount | Share of 347 mg actives | Daily Value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chicory Root Inulin (Cichorium intybus)(root) | 211 mg | About 61% | Not established |
| Potato (Resistant Starch) (tuber) | 100 mg | About 29% | Not established |
| Probiotic Blend | 36 mg | About 10% | Not established |
| Live count (CFU) in the blend | Not published | Not published | Not applicable |
| Amount per strain | Not published | Not published | Not applicable |
The dagger (†) means no Daily Value exists for that ingredient. It is standard wording, not a warning.
The blend
Why does the Probiotic Blend show only 36 mg?
U.S. labeling rules let a proprietary blend declare just its total weight (21 CFR 101.36 (proprietary blends)). The ingredients inside must be listed from most to least by weight, but no single amount is required. So Sodatide is following the rule. It is also keeping back the number that matters most.
Probiotics work by count, not by weight. NIH notes that the weight on a label has no link to the number of living microbes inside (NIH ODS, Probiotics (health professional)). A 36 mg blend could be packed with cells or nearly empty, and the panel cannot tell you which.
CFU count
The live-cell number. Not printed.
Strain codes
Studies test one strain, such as 35624 or MIYAIRI 588. The label names species only.
Live or pasteurized
The Akkermansia pilot found the two forms behaved differently (Depommier 2019 (Akkermansia pilot)). Sodatide does not say which it uses.
For the strain people ask about most, see Akkermansia muciniphila.
Word for word
What does the whole Sodatide label say, word for word?
Every printed line, typed out so you can search it or read it large.

Other ingredients
What are the other ingredients in Sodatide?
Four non-active ingredients appear under the panel: hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica. They form the shell and help the powder run smoothly through filling machines.
- Hypromellose is a plant-based capsule shell, which is why the label can say vegetarian capsule.
- Microcrystalline cellulose is a filler. It is a form of plant cellulose, but the label does not count it as an active fiber.
Directions and storage
What does the Sodatide label say about dose and storage?
The directions are short: one capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water, and refrigerate for optimal quality. No time of day appears on the label. The morning-before-a-meal idea comes from the sales page.
Storage is where the label talks in two voices. One line says refrigerate. The boxed text says store in a cool, dry place, and another line says keep away from heat, light and humidity. A closed bottle in the fridge satisfies all three.
The caution names three groups who should consult a physician first: pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18, and anyone with a known medical condition. Fuller detail on timing sits on the Sodatide dosage page.
What you cannot see
What is missing from the Sodatide label?
Some things careful shoppers look for appear in no image we have. Ask the seller if they matter to you.
| Item | Status | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Manufacturer name and address | Not published | The label names a distributor in Lakeland, FL, not the factory. |
| Lot number | Not published | Lets a batch be traced if there is a problem. |
| Best-before date | Not published | Live cultures lose count over time. |
| Third-party test seal | Not published | No outside lab or certifier is named. |
| Allergen statement | Not published | Gluten and dairy claims come from the seller, not the panel. |
Our testing and quality page covers what is and is not documented about how the capsules are made.
Bottom line
Is the Sodatide label honest?
Mostly clear, partly silent. The fiber amounts are real and easy to read, and the label makes no "natural" or "clinically proven" boast. The blind spot is the bacteria: no count, no strain codes, no live status. Read it for what it shows, ask the seller for what it does not, and compare doses with the ingredient research.
FAQ
Sodatide label FAQ
What is the serving size of Sodatide?
One capsule. The Supplement Facts panel lists a serving size of 1 capsule and 30 servings per container, so a bottle lasts 30 days at the label dose. Every amount on the panel, such as 211 mg of inulin, is for that single capsule.
Does the Sodatide label list a CFU count?
No. The three probiotics share a 36 mg blend, and U.S. rules allow a blend to show weight only. Weight is not a live count, so ask the seller for a CFU figure at the best-before date before comparing Sodatide with other probiotics.
Does Sodatide contain gluten or dairy?
The label does not state it either way. Its other ingredients are hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica. The sales FAQ says the product is lactose-free, but no allergen test is shown. If you must avoid gluten or dairy, ask the seller in writing first.
Is Sodatide vegan or vegetarian?
The label calls the shell a vegetarian capsule, made of hypromellose. It does not use the word vegan, and the probiotic growth media are not described. Vegetarians are covered by the label wording; strict vegans may want to ask the seller how the bacteria are grown.
Who makes Sodatide?
The label names a distributor, Instituto Experience of Lakeland, FL, and says made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. No factory or contract manufacturer is named in any label image. Sodatideroutine is an authorized retailer, not the maker.
Does Sodatide have caffeine or stimulants?
No caffeine or stimulant herb is listed. The panel holds two fibers and a probiotic blend, plus four capsule and flow ingredients. That makes it a poor fit if you want an energy kick, and a reasonable one if stimulants keep you up at night.
