Sodatide Expiration Date: 5 Checks to Run on Your Bottle
The Sodatide expiration date is not visible in any product image we hold. Because the capsules carry live bacteria, a best-before date matters. Five checks help you find a stamp on your bottle, match it to the days your pack covers and ask the order desk if there is none.

The Sodatide expiration date is a small thing that can decide whether a large pack makes sense. A bottle of fiber can sit on a shelf for a long time. A bottle of live bacteria cannot. So it helps to find the date before you plan six months of capsules.
Here are five checks, in the order you would do them. They use the label, the sales page and this retailer's own pages. Where the date or a shelf-life figure is not published, we say so and do not invent one.
Check 1: Is a Sodatide expiration date printed on your bottle?
Start with the bottle in your hand. No product image we hold shows a lot number or a best-before date, so we cannot tell you where it sits. Look at the bottom of the bottle and at the edges of the label. Check the neck and the cap seal edge as well.
If you find a stamp, photograph it next to the label and keep the photo with your order email. Write down the exact characters. If you find nothing, that is not a sign of a fake. It is a reason to ask, which we cover in check 4.

Key facts
- No best-before date or lot number is visible in any Sodatide product image.
- Shelf life is not published. We give no number of months.
- Live bacteria lose count with time, heat and moisture, so a date matters more here than for plain fiber.
- Packs cover 60, 90 or 180 days at one capsule a day, so the date must fit the pack.
- The label asks you to keep it away from heat, light and humidity, with the fridge as the first choice.
- If your bottle has no date, ask the order desk, +1 (302) 200-3480, with your order ID.
Check 2: Why does a Sodatide expiration date matter more for live bacteria?
With a fiber, the weight on the label is the dose. With bacteria, the dose is how many are alive, and that number drops with time, heat and moisture. A probiotic can leave the factory strong and reach you weak.
That is why a good probiotic label gives the live count at the end of shelf life, not only at the time of making. Sodatide prints a 36 mg blend of three bacteria and no live count. So there is no number to measure the date against, and the date, if it exists, is your only clue to age. The NIH notes that label weight has no relationship with the number of live microbes in a product (NIH ODS, Probiotics).
Check 3: Does the Sodatide expiration date fit the pack you chose?
Do a plain sum. At one capsule a day, each bottle covers 30 days.
| Pack | Total | Days of capsules | Date question |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $158 plus shipping | 60 | Must last through the 60-day window |
| 3 bottles | $207 | 90 | Must last about three months |
| 6 bottles | $294 | 180 | Must last about half a year |
The 6-bottle pack has the lowest price per bottle, $49, so it is the one where the date matters most. The retailer's own pricing page tells you to check that the best-before date fits six months. If the bottle shows no date, ask before you commit to a large pack. A smaller pack is the cleaner test.

Check 4: What do you ask when there is no Sodatide expiration date?
Phone the order desk, +1 (302) 200-3480, and quote your order ID. Ask for the best-before date on your lot. If you ask by email, use the sales email or the distributor email printed on the bottle, and keep the thread. Write down the answer, the name of the person and the day.
Ask three short questions. What is the best-before date on my lot? What is the live count at that date? Is a certificate of analysis available for my lot? The second and third are not published today, so a clear answer would be new information. Our page on asking for a certificate of analysis shows how to word it.
Check 5: How do you keep a Sodatide bottle so the date holds?
Storage decides whether the date means anything. The label names the fridge as its first choice. Its caution adds a cool, dry place away from heat, light and humidity. A closed bottle in the fridge fits both, and that is the easy habit to keep.
Keep the lid tight so fridge humidity stays out. Keep it away from the stove, a sunny window or a steamy bathroom. If a box sat in the heat on delivery, bring it inside, move the bottles to the fridge and note the date in case you raise it with the desk. Heat is one of the three things the label tells you to avoid.
Look at the capsules too. Dry and whole is right. Clumped, sticky or cracked capsules suggest heat or moisture got in. Stop, photograph the bottle and call before you take any.
What if your Sodatide expiration date passes before the bottle is empty?
The label gives no direction for this, and shelf life is not published. The sensible reading is the cautious one: do not take capsules past a printed date, and ask the desk if you are unsure. If you take one a day and the date falls inside your supply, you may have bought too large a pack for your date. That is a point to raise early, inside the 60-day money-back window per the sales page, with its conditions.
Under the retailer's terms you call first, mail the bottles by a tracked service to the New York returns address, and pay the postage. Whether opened bottles qualify is not published. Our refund policy explains the steps.
Who should be extra careful with an old bottle?
Anyone with a weak immune system, a serious illness, recent bowel surgery or IBS should ask a doctor before using any probiotic, and should not use a bottle they doubt. The label also asks pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and people with a known medical condition to consult a physician first (NCCIH, Probiotics).

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is the Sodatide expiration date?
Not published. No best-before date is visible in any product image we hold. Look on your bottle, and ask the order desk for the date on your lot if you find none.
Where is the expiration date on a Sodatide bottle?
We cannot say, because no image shows one. Check the bottom of the bottle and the edges of the label, and note whatever code you find.
How long do Sodatide capsules last?
Shelf life is not published. We give no number of months. Live bacteria lose count over time, so the date on your own bottle is what counts.
Does Sodatide need to be refrigerated to keep its date?
The label puts the fridge first and also asks for a cool, dry spot away from heat, light and humidity. A tightly closed bottle in the fridge meets both lines.
Should I buy 6 bottles if I cannot see a date?
Ask first. The 6-bottle pack covers 180 days, so the date must reach about half a year. The 2-bottle pack matches the 60-day window and is the smaller risk.
What if my Sodatide capsules are stuck together?
Do not take any yet. Clumped or sticky capsules usually mean heat or moisture got in. Close the bottle, photograph it and call with your order ID.

The Sodatide expiration date is a gap in the public record, and it is one you can close for your own bottle. Look for a stamp, match the date to your pack, store the capsules cool and ask the desk if there is none. For live bacteria, a date is part of the dose.
If a clear date matters to you, begin with the smaller pack and raise the question in the first weeks. Read the shipping page for what to do when the box arrives, and ask your doctor if you take medicine.
